2.  Commercial use of website

 

2.1.  It is not allowed to use DownTownTransfer.com web portals for non-private or commercial purposes. The use of automated systems that extract data from this site for commercial use ("screen scraping") is prohibited. DownTownTransfer.com reserves the right to pursue non-compliance appropriately.

 

3.  Transfers and persons transport can be paid by different payment methods according to the place of reservation on our web portal:

 

3.1.   PayPal.

 

3.2.   Credit card (Mastercard / Visa / Amex).

 

3.3.   In cash on board the vehicle.

 

3.4.   In stores / travel agencies: All the means of payment offered by the Agency, in any case, cash payment.

 

4.   Prices

 

4.1.   All prices listed on our website are final and include all taxes, including VAT, in excess of 21%.

 

5.   Cancel

 

5.1.   Cancellation can be made no later than 24 hours before the scheduled trip. In the event of a cancellation cancellation, you will be refunded the reservation reservation of the amount credited to us in the same currency.

6.   Withdrawal from the Purchase Agreement

7.  Complaint

 

7.1. Passengers have the right to complain and request the return of the prepayment money to the carrier's account in these cases.

 

7.2. The carrier has not complied with the promise of communicating email with the customer, or has not complied with what is stated on the DownTownTransfer.com

 

7.3. The carrier came with a delay of 20 minutes or more at the agreed place and did not let customers know.

 

8.  Protection of personal data

 

8.1.  Your personal data will only remain yours forever, and we will never let them be transferred to third parties under any circumstances. In our company, only a limited number of people have access to personal data of our customers. Your data will be used only for communication with you.
